CLAIM AGAINST A HARBOUR BOARD

Mr. Justice Herdman gave judgment in a claim bv the Hain Steamship Company, England, owners of the steamer Trewellard, against the Lyttelton HarIx>ur Board on account of damages to the steamer in collision with the board s tug in Lyttelton Harbour on February 9. The claim was for £4OO Judgment was given for defendants, with costs.
