DRAFT AGREEMENT WITH RUSSIA SEIZED TO PROMOTE WORLD-WIDE SOVEREIGNTY By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, June 9. A draft agreement, between the Irish Republican and Russian Governments has been seized in Dublin, and published as a White Paper. It shows that each agreed to promote world-wide recognition of the other’s sovereignty, promote mutual trade, and prevent the transportation of arms and munitions intended for use against either. The Irish Office adds that Dr. M’Cartan, Sinn Fein M.P., is now in Russia as diplomatic representative of the Irish Republic.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
