The Fruit Pulp will be delivered at Hastings Railway Station to the order of tho successful tenderer or tenderers. Delivery must ba taken within 14 days of acceptance of tender. > Each Tender must be accompanied by a deposit of 10 per cent, of the total amount of the Tender, and. such deposit will bi: returned to the unsuccessful tenderers by letter posted in Hastings Post Office, addressed to the address given by the tenderer in his tender, and if no address be given then addressed to Hastings.. The Liquidator shall not be liable for the loss or miscarriage of such letters or for any loss sustained by the tenderer in respect thereof. The successful tenderer will be required to pay cash for the balance of his tender or to make suck financial arrangements as are satisfactory to tho Liquidator, before taking delivery of the goods.
