JAPANESE IN SIBERIA
OCCUPY STRATEGIC TOWNS. Helsingfors. June 9. GeneralKumara, commanding the Japanese troops at Vladivostok, in a statement, said that owing to the recent developments in Siberia he had been forced to occupy strategic Siberian towns. Tho Soviet has sent a protest to Britain and France, declaring that the Allies are morally responsible.—Aua.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
