EXPLOITATION AGREEMENTS LENIN TO RECONSTRUCT GOVERNMENT By Telegraph—Press Association— Cx)t>yright (Rec. June 10, 5.5 p.m.) Berlin, June 9. The “Tageblatt” states that certain British and German industrial interests have concluded agreements to develop trade with and exploit the resources in Russia. This is the result of negotiations conducted by M. Krassin, when in Berlin recently, with Herr Hugo Stinnes. The paper adds that the systematic reconstruction of Russia will bo undertaken in close touch with Russian delegates. Lenin will reconstruct the Government on a coalition basis.—Reuter.
