The Westland Licensing Committee, at its annual meeting, adjourned tho majority of applications for renewals for three months to enable the recommendations of tho police and Health Department to be given effect to. Tho Health Department’s requirements nre fairly extensive, mainly in regard to installations of hot and cold water services throughout buildings and attention to sanitary conditions. It was remarked that the police reports made no reference to misconduct of licensees during the past year.
