THE GUILD MOVEMENT
A meeting of delegates from various guilds as held in the Accountants’ Chambers for the purpose of considering the formation of a federated body to undertake the control of larger matters affecting guild interests. There was a full attendance of delegates, all guilds being represented, and it was unanimously decided to form a New Zealand Federation of Guilds.
Many matters of general interest was discussed, notably an educational scheme suitable for different guilds, nnd committees were appointed for detail work.
