The conference resolved that, on learning the Government’s naval policy on the return of Mr. Massey, it would enunciate and circulate a policy, and lend the whole weight of >t« influence to support the Government and Admiralty in maintaining tho British Navy in such a state of efficiency as to enable it adequately and fully to ensure the protection ot British J subjects and commerce throughout the Empire and world. A course of action in regard to propaganda work was decided on, and it was agreed to assist naval recruiting in New Zealand. The conference has concluded.
