TENDERS are therefore invited for balance of LEASE (which expires MARCH, 1925) of the premises now occupied by tho above Firm, which consist of Two Floors and Basement, as follow: — Ground Floor: 60 x 26.6 ft.; First Floor: ICO x 26.6 ft.; Basement, (about) 50 x 25ft.
