WHEREAS under the provisions of the Rating Act, 1908.. and its amendments judgment was given in the Magistrate’s Court, sitting at Unper Hutt, on the 9th day of October. 1918, for the sum of £2 15s. sd. (as appears by the certificate of judgment for rates), being arrears of rates and costs due by the above-named Francis Duncan as the owner of the property described n.s Lot 1 in the Schedule hereto. AND WHEREAS judgment was given in the said Magistrate’s Court on the date aforesaid for the sum of 42 4s. 2d. (as appears by the certificate of judgment for rates), being arrears of rates nnd costs due by the above-named William Turner Clark as the owner of the prenertv described ns Lot 2 in the Schedule hereto. _ AND WHEREAS judgment was given in the snid Magistrate’s Court, on the dnte aforesaid, for the sum .of .£3 19s. sd. (as appears by the certificate of judgment for rates), being arrears of rates and costs due by the above-named Roberta Reid Copeland ns the owner of the property hereinafter described ns Lot 3 in the Schedule hereto. Id., being arrears of Tates nnd costs due by the above-named Frances Montgomery Copeland as tho owner of the property described ns Lot 4 in the Schedule hereto. AND WHEREAS the amounts due as aforesaid are still unpaid, and the provisions of the said Statute as to notice of sale to nil persons believed to have any interest in the said lands having been given.
