THE WEATHER
FORECAST ANO SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for northerly winds, increasing strong to gale, and a. falling barometer everywhere dbbn. Unsettled, cloudy and misty conditions may be expected with rain following generally. The barometer has been very unsteadyin the. south, rising and falling again since last evening, and moderate to strong northerly and westerly whlds have predominated.
