CELEBRATION’S IN ENGLAND. (Rec. May 25, 8.10 p.m.) London, May 24. Empire Day was celebrated in Londonand other centres in tho customary manner. Tho Union Jack was hoisted on. public buildings, land school children were given a half-holiday, paraded, and listened to patriotic speeches.—Reuter. '
