FREEZING INDUSTRY
SOUTHLAND /WORKS STILL RUNNING. By Telegraph— Press Association. Invercargill,'May 24. The Southland freezing works are still running at full capacity. The usual falling-off is expected in a few weeks’ time, but the works will bo kept running as long as stock is available. The Southland season is a month later than tho northern season, whicji is calculated to minimise unemployment as fnr sis the freezing industry is concerned.
