Men from tho Japanese warships which * are accompanying the Crown Prince Hirohito on his tour, visited the Cenotaph in Whitehall, London. The Admiral placed on the Cenotaph a wreath inscribed “To tho Glorious Dead,” and buglers sounded “Tho Last Boat.”
