PERPLEXITY IN BERLIN NO DECISION YET REACHED By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright Berlin, May 8. The "Lokal Anzeiger" says that the Allies must put up a Communist Government to sign their ultimatum, as certainly no bourgeois German Government will sign it. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
