Martial mourning was the leading feature of the funeral of the ex-Kaiaerin at Potsdam, and recalled the pre-war glories' of the German Empire. The pall-bearers were four Knights of the Order of the Black Eagle. The ex-Crown Princess and her sons and other family mourners were present. The gathering included General von Falkcnhayn, Marshals von Hindenburg and von Mackensen. Admirals Mueller and von Scheer; and politicians, public men, clergy, and officers in full uniform with shining helmets all followed the coffin. The huge crowd needed five thousand security police to keep order. After a service in the Antiken Temple in the Parc Souci, the coffin was lowered into the grave next the body of Prince Joachim, who recently committed sui-cide.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. (Rec.
