Arthur Ramsay, president of the Master Plumbers’ Uilion last night, presented medals to the students at the Technical College in their second, third, and fourth years, who did the best work in the theory and practice of plumbing during the session of 1920. He prefaced the presentation with congratulations to the students, also making reference to the occupation that the students had chosen. Mr. J. H. Howell, director of the Technical College, expressed satisfaction at the very creditable manner in which the work had been done. A large number of master plumbers were present.
