FREIGHT RATES DISCUSSED IN' FEDERAL PA RLI AMENT.

In the House of Representatives Mr. Jowett moved the adjournment in order to discuss the freight rates on Australian goods overseas. He said the reduction announced was inadequate. In some cases tho freights on primary products were 238’per'cent, above pre-war nates.— Press Assn.
