PRICE OF BUTTER
AGREEMENT REACHED YESTERDAY NO ANNOUNCEMENT YET The representatives of the dairy factories and butter continued their conference with the yesterday morning. They met the I nni Minister and the Minister of Agriculture, and also the Director of Agriculture (Dr. Reakes), who has been handling the butter question for the Government. The parties liaxl reached something like a deadlock on Wednesday gening. Now suggestions were made yesterda., and eventually agreement to the price to be charged for winter butter. The delegates from ,the Auckland district caught the first the north, and no announcement ot the result of the negotiations is being made Si they Im. people they , represented.
