DECLINE IN NEW SOUTH WALES.

Sydney, April 8. The Statistician’s report shows that during March the cost of foodstuffs In New South Wales was 4.5 per cent, lower than in February, while the decline on the i>»st six months is 12) per cent. — Press Assn.
