SWIMMING
PUBLIC-SCHOOL CERTIFICATES.
The undermentioned pupils of the Kilbirnie School have qualified for swimming certificates for the distances stated ; six girls and two boys were successful in swimming over a mile while two girls (Vera Edwards and Joyce Lowe) distingushed themselves by swimming two miles, a very 'fine performance for school-girfs:—V.
