GANDHI APPROVES A WEEK OF MOURNING. Delhi, April 6. Gandhi, the non-co-operation leader, has issued a manifesto approving a week of mourning, including two fasting days, and of special prayers, accompanied by efforts to stagnate business throughout India, with a view to securing the redressment of the alleged wrongs of the Khalifat and the Punjab—Aus.-N.Z.
