v PUBLIC NOTICES. COUNTY OF HUTT. UNDER THE LOCAL BODIES' i, LOANS ACT, 1913. Notice is hereby given that the Hutt County Council proposes to raise a special loan, under the abovementioned Act. (1) The, particular purpose for which the. loan is required is the construction of waterworks for the supply of water for domestic and other purposes to the township of Paekakariki, being the district known as the No. 13 Special Rating Area, (2) ’The sum proposed to be borrowed for such purpose is .£6OOO. (3) Tho proposed security is a special Tate to be made over the aforesaid No. 13 Special Bating Area. It is proposed to repay the loan and interest thereon' by equal half-yearly instalments extending over a term of years.
