The Ministerial reply is as follows: “Tho desirability of doing so is recognised, and legislation io under consideration for introduction next session. _ Any storekeeper or. tolxaconist mentioned should, however, place his complaint before the Department’s inspectors, as "J m»st cast’s Hie present: Act is considered sufficient to prevent the competition referred to.”
