Notice is hereby given that the 'Wellington City Council, as empowered by Section 28 of the Rating Amendment Act. 1910. at their last meeting held on March 31, resolved that an additional charge of 10 per centum be added to all rates unpaid at the expiration of six months and fourteen days from the demand thereof, and shall be payable and recoverable accordingly.
