RECORD NATURAL INCREASE
BOOM IN BIRTHS AND MARRIAGES IN ENGLAND AND WALES.

London, March 18.
In England and Wales 1920 was a boom year for births and marriages. The births were 957,994, the highest since 1909. The deaths were 466,213, showing the greatest natural increase on record. The marriages were 759,316, also a record. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
