FINANCE BILL TO BE CONSIDERED TO-DA Y.

Mr. Massey is likely to make an speech on the second reading of the BH' The session may end to-day, but there is no certainty on that point Members may not Im in any great hurry now that they have failed to get away before the week-end. The Finance Bill will provide an opportunity for general discussion, and the Government has some new clauses to add to the Bill.
