ENDORSMENT OF LICKNSES
OF DRIVERS OF VEHICLES. "That the council approves of the endorsement by stipendiary magistrates of licenses issued to persons to drive vehicles in tho City of Wellington, with a record of convictions for offences of a serious nature, or where the circumstances are such that in the opinion of the magistrate endorsement is advisable,” was a resolution agreed to by the City Council last evening.
