WIDESPREAD GERMAN SECRET ORGANISATION LARGE BODY OF TROOPS TO VOTE TO DICTATION (By Telegraph-Preea Asßoctation-Oopyrlirh't Paris., March 17. The "Petit Parisian” states that the Germans in Upper Silesia have established, preparatory to the plebiscite, a widespread secret organisation, which is able to control 180,000 emigrants who really are camouflaged shock troops. Twenty thousand soldiers have been secretly incorporated in the plebiscite police, and.a further twenty thousand demobilised men are working in the mines ready to vote unitedly according to their leaders’ dictation. —Aus.-N.Z.
