The Reserves Committee reported to the City Council last evening that it had received a deputation from the Board of Governors of the Wellington 'lechnienl College with reference to louse of portion of Town Belt, to be used as a playing area for the Technical College. The committee is to visit the proposed site, and. will forward its recommendations to the council at a later stage.
