FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Indications are for the development of a storm from the west. Expect northerly winds, increasing strong to gale, shortly tn and south of Cook Strait. Weather warm and humid, increasing cloudiness and rain following shortly’ on the West ’Coast and southern districts! Barometer falling fast soon in the south.
