LEAGUE OF NATIONS’ NOTE IGNORED. (Rcc. March 6. 5.5 p.m.) New York, March 5. - News from San Juan del Sur (Nicaragua) states that, ignoring the League of Nations’ Note reminding Panama and Costa Rica of their obligations as members of the League, the Costa Ricans have commenced an offensive, and captured the city of Guabito and occupied the Almirante railway.
