PANAMA-COSTA RICA DISPUTE
INVADING FORCES SURRENDER.
Washington, February 28. The Panama Legation announces that Costa Rican forces which invaded Panama territory in connection with the boundary dispute, have surrendered to the Panama troops.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
