WAR AEROPLANES FOR JAPAN
GREAT FLEET BEING ACQUIRED. / (Rec. March 1, 5.5 p.m.) New York. February 28. A Philadelphia newspaper publishes a sensational Paris cable message that Japan is having constructed in Europe a great fleet of war aeroplanes, and some hundreds of machines of special construction, enabling them to rise easily from the deck of a battleship'have been purchased from France. French airnun have been approached to proceed to Japan.—Reuter.
