WORKERS REBEL AGAINST CENTRAL SOVIET WARSHIP CREWS MUTINY By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. (Rec. February 27, 11.5 p.m.) Helsingfors, February 26. Workers revolting against the Central Soviet have occupied all the public buildings in Petrograd, which the Red Army has now encircled. The crews of six warships at Kronstadt have mutinied and murdered several commissioners. MARTENS’S DEPORTATION FROM AMERICA. (Reo. February 27, 5.5 p.m.) Washington, February 26. Tho United States Labour Department has announced the cancellation of the order for the deportation of Martens (Soviet "Ambassador”), who has already reached Russia.
