By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. (Rec February 27, 5.5 p.m.) Washington, February 26. Mr. Harding has advised the Senate Republican leaders that he desires adequate appropriations for tho Navy. He favours continuing the present building programme without material reductions. Mr. Harding has not indicated his position regarding Senator Borah’s resolution on the subject of disarmament, the vote oni which was blocked this week.
