IMPORTATION TO COMMONWEALTH PROHIBITED.

Melbourne, February 25. The Customs Department has framed regulations prohibiting the importation into the Commonwealth of all -plants or parts of plants, including fruit, from New Zealand, excepting agricultural seeds and grass seeds.—Press Assn.
