A dramatic termination of a divorce case is reported from Romanshorn, on Lake Constance, says the "Daily Express’’ A wealthy young tradesman, rnmed Keller, and his wife, appeared before the local magistrate according to the .Swiss law, for promoting domestic reconciliations with the object of arranging matters if possible without going to a public trial of the case. Keller accused his wife of infidelity She denied in a passionate speech that, she had been unfaithful to him, and taxed him with abnormal jealousy. The young woman then fell dead between her husband and the magistrate. The magistrate, addressing the lyuiiband, said: "Death has declared your divorce. This prevents me from stating my personal opinion of the case, which would have been adverse to you.”
