ALLEGED BREACHES OF THE GAMING ACT
MATTHEW LIVINGSTONE CHARGED Mattheiv Livingstone appeared in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday, before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., on six charges of issuing double cards on divers dates between October 30 and December 1, 1920; also, that on January 21, at Petone, being a person absolutely excluded from the Hutt Park racecourse, he did trespass on same on the occasion of the Wellington Trotting Club meeting. The hearing of both charges was adjourned for a week.
