ATTACK ON GEORGIA
FALL OF TIFLIS DENIED.
(Rec. February 23, 1.15 a.m.) London, February 22. Advices from Constantinople state that news from Georgia is scanty, hut it is kir’lwn that the Soviet troops are within eight miles of Tiflis, with which _ telegraphic communication has been interrupted. The Georgian Legation denies the report of the fall of the town. The 4 first boatload of Georgian refugees has arrived. Rear-Admiral Tyrwhitt is standing by Batoum. —Reuter.
