$ REACTIONARY PARTIES GAINING
Berlin, February 21
The- earliest results of the Prussian Diet elections show that the reactionary parties, comprising the old military and industrial elements, are gaining everywhere. In Berlin especially the Independent Socialists and Democrats are losing heavily.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.

Although the returns are incomplete, out of 380 seats the Majority Socialists hold a hundred seats, the Clericals o : ghty the Democrats twenty, the Nationalists eighty, National l iberals sixty, Communists thirty, -and Independent Socialists ten.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
