Messrs. J. Dalrymple (Masterton) and ’E. Duckett (Rangituniau) tied for first place in connection with the weightguessing competition at the Masterton show. They guessed 216 lbs., the exact weight of the three sheep. Mr. J. D. M’Dougall, of Mfirtinborough, whose answer was 217} lbs., was the winner of the competition in connection with the weight of the bullock (the correct weight was 217 lbs.).
