The eighth annual conference of tho United Commercial Travellers' and Warehousemen's Association ot New Zealand opened to-day. The delegates were accorded' a civic reception. The annual report stated that tho result of the year’s working was a loss of .£27, against a loss of .1'197 last year. .Delegates reported that in all tho affiliated associations there was an increase in club membership, and a healthy state of finance.
