Bread-making is a very ancient art. Cliing-Noung. a Chinaman, is reputed to have taught the method of making bread from wheat nearly -1000 years - ago. Lacrosse was originally played by the Canadian Indians, who (taught it to the French and English settlers. Later on, it was introduced into the United States and Great Britain.
