Trotsky ordered the arrest of a. deputation of sailore from Kronstadt who were sent to Moscow to demand more food. Ot her sailors retaliated and arrested Soviet Deputies. Troops were ordered from Central Russia, but they are unwilling to fight the sailors. Petrograd is dominated by rebel guns, qnd now is more under the control of the rebels than the Soviets.—Ausl-N.Z.
