PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

A SUCCESSFUL MEETING

TWO OUTSTANDING COMPETITORS Competitors from all the important •entres except Auckland—where athletics ire in a dormant state—were present at ;he Wellington provincial amateur athetic championship meeting which was mid on the Basin Reserve'on Saturday , ifternoon.
