MAGISTRATE’S COURT
Mt F. K. Hunt. B.Af„ dealt with the police cases at the Magistrate’s Court on Saturday morning. Richard J. Rasmussen, who appeared to have been knocked about was charg’d --•ith drunkenness, his third offence in three weeks. Rasmussen said 1-e had •been knocked over by a tram. He was fined 205.. with the option of three days imprisonment. Ant’miiy .1. Flanagan was fined 205.. in the alternative throe days’ imprisonment, for his third offence for drunkenness, .nnd a similar fine was inflicted nnr.n him for a second breach of his prohib’tion order.
