BOLSHEVIK OFFENSIVE
TROOPS MASSED ON DNIESTER.
Bucharest, January 28.
Rumania has ordered a state of siege on the right 'bank of the Dniester, and lias prohibited traffic across the river. It is stated that the Bolsheviks are continuing to mass troops on the left bank, preparing for a new offensive against Poland from Tarnopol and Lemberg. Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
