BOAT CAPSIZES AT RONA BAY
BOY OF FIFTEEN DROWNED. Richard Winter, aged fifteen, was drowned at Rona Bay yesterday afternoon, when a dinghy which he and three other boys were occupying, overturned near Rona Bay. The other three boys were rescued. Winter’s body was recovered in the afternoon, and was brought to the city. Deceased’s parents reside at Newtown.
