John Wallace and Arthur Chambers were each charged with having obtained liquor during the currency of a prn.ilbitlon orctfr: Both accused were fined 40a. and costs. Jeremiah Cuff appeared to answer charges of keeping liquor for sale within a no-license area, and with bringing liquor into a no-license area without notifying the Clerk of the Court, as required by the Act. The first charge was dismissed, but on tho second, accused was fined J3lO and costs.
